Information we collect
We collect the details you provide when creating an account (name, email, shipping addresses), package and shipment data needed to forward your packages, and payment information processed securely by our payment partners.
How we use your information
To operate your suite address, receive and forward packages, process payments, provide support, and send service notifications about your shipments.
Sharing
We share data only with carriers and customs authorities as required to deliver your packages, and with payment processors to complete transactions. We never sell your personal data.
Data security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized staff, and authentication is protected by our single sign-on.
Your rights
You may access or correct your personal data at any time in the customer portal. You can delete your account yourself under Account → Delete account, in the portal (my.eship4me.com/account) or the mobile app: we remove your name, contact details and addresses and sign you out everywhere. Invoices and shipment records are kept for accounting and tax purposes without your name. You can also write to support@eship4me.com.
